To make an appointment, call us at 217-626-2606 and one of our team members will assist you in finding a time that works with your schedule. If you need to change or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you notify our office at least two days before the time of the appointment. Can I pay with a credit card?

For your convenience, Cornerstone Animal Hospital accepts cash, checks, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and CareCredit as forms of payment. Please note that payment is due at the time of the appointment.

What do I do if my pet is having an emergency?

Cornerstone Animal Hospital provides 24/7 emergency care for small and large animals. If your pet is having an emergency, please call us right away at 217-626-2606.

Prescription Policy

At Cornerstone Animal Hospital, we are pleased to refill your pet’s prescription medication through our In-House Pharmacy. Our veterinarian’s do not recommend purchasing your pet’s medications from unknown online pharmacies. Please talk with us first before purchasing your pet’s medication from another source.

Return Policy

Products that have left our animal clinic cannot be returned. However, according to manufacturer guarantee, opened bags of dog and cat food may be returned or exchanged.
